At 1:30 p.m. on September 27, 2018, an employee was trying to remove some tangled yarn on the pre-fed roll of #20 spindle for the #7 Twister while the guard was pushed up. The employee slipped and fell forward, partially amputating her left hand's index finger. The employee was hospitalized.
