At 7:20 a.m. on December 5, 2018, an employee moved an industrial Raymond Reach truck, RT-65, model 750-R45TT, and was retrieving a second tipper trash cart tha t was being operated by a coworker. The employee was struck by the second truck as it was backing up and had his leg pinned under the truck's rear wheel, susta ining a severe compound fracture. The employee later had his leg amputated whil e in the hospital.
