At 8:00 a.m. on October 24, 2018, Employee #1 was looking for a part. A coworker was walking around and and another coworker was driving a cherry picker when Employee #1 was trying to get his attention to ask him a question and step in front of a cherry picker. The operator was unable to stop the equipment and injured Employee #1 whose leg was pinned between a pallet and the side of the cherry picker. The employee was hospitalized with a broken leg.
