At 12:50 p.m. on September 18, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was painting the exterior of a one-story residential structure. He was working from a 12-foot rolling scaffold when he fell and struck his head on the concrete surface. The employee was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for a fractured skull.
