At 9:31 p.m. on November 16, 2018, an employee was operating a Raymond Model 740 R1511 forklift and was backing it up across the main aisle when she collided wit h a lateral support beam of the shelving system. The employee fractured her spi ne and several ribs. The employee was hospitalized.
