At 3:00 p.m. on November 16, 2018, an employee was working in a production office as a data clerk. The employee was inputting data when he fell to the floor from his chair facing down on the ground and started seizing. The employee had a heart attack at his desk while performing normal work duties. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
