At 5:30 a.m. on November 8, 2018, an employee was working with two coworkers whi le troubleshooting how to get a wheel out of clamp. The employee got the clamp to open slightly and lifted the wheel out. One of the coworkers replaced a limi t switch and pulled a cord that shut off the air at a valve while the employee n oticed excess grease on the clamp and wiped it off with his right hand. The emp loyee caught his left hand's pinky fingertip between two parts of the clamp afte r his coworker had restarted the air flowing and amputated it. The employee was hospitalized.
