At 5:30 a.m. on November 15, 2018, an employee was assigned as an irrigator and was working at a carrot field. At noon he spoke with his supervisor by phone. After that, when his supervisor and others were trying to reach him, he was not answering his phone. At 4:15 p.m, a coworker went to the field and found him unresponsive. The employee died from an apparent heart attack.
