At 6:45 p.m. on October 30, 2018, an employee was operating a baler when a box w as caught in it. The employee stopped the baler and restarted it before jumping on the baler's edge to use his foot in freeing the box. The employee's foot wa s caught between the blades and amputated four toes and part of his big toe. Th e employee was hospitalized.
