At 11:20 a.m. on September 27, 2018, an employee was adjusting a conveyor belt o n the trash conveyer system for a walnut huller. The employee noticed several m etal pieces floating on the back of the conveyor system and pointed with his rig ht arm and had it sucked into a pinch point of the belt and roller unit. The em ployee sustained compound fractures and burns to his right arm. The employee wa s hospitalized.
