At 1:15 p.m. on October 24, 2018, an employee was conducting routine cleaning an d was using a long hoe to scrape and collect excess aluminum sulfate from a movi ng conveyor line. The employee was standing near the fast moving line and was p ulled into it, sustaining injuries to her neck, chest, and sternum. The employe e was hospitalized.
