At 2:30 p.m. on September 4, 2018, an employee was working in the service room t esting Model RB4W pressure washers between 9 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. with a coworker. Both employees went to lunch and his coworker had turned off the ventilation when they left. When they returned, the employee had thought that the ventilati on was turned back on and went back to work. Approximately 2 hours later, the e mployee began to feel nauseous and dizzy. The employee was hospitalized from ov erexposure to carbon monoxide around 7 p.m.
