At 1:00 p.m. on June 13, 2018, Employee #1 arrived for his third day of work. Th e first day consisted of working the water truck. The second and third days cons isted of chocking and unchocking logs. As the employee unchocked a log and walke d to the downhill side, it began to roll. The log rolled up the right leg of Emp loyee #1, causing multiple fractures to his right leg and hip. He was hospitaliz ed for his injuries.
