At 11:00 a.m. on September 20, 2018, an employee was using a bobcat skid steer t o unload bundles of lumber that would be used to build a fence. The employee wa s standing near the skid steer when a coworker started to lower its load and the plastic straps on one of the lumber stacks broke and some of the boards slid of the end, striking the employee and knocking him to the ground. Emergency Servi ces responded and transported the employee to the hospital, where he was later p ronounced dead. Cause of death is unknown although the employee did have head a nd chest injuries.
