At 5:00 p.m. n September 6, 2018, an employee was changing out a roll of film and placed his left hand under the motor belt guard to guide it back onto the film roll. The motor started and the employee caught his index finger between the belt and guard, fracturing it before amputating it to the first knuckle. The employee was hospitalized.
