At 7:10 a.m. on August 17, 2018, an employee was cooking breakfast on the grill when he was struck by the contents of a bottle of industrial-sized cooking oil s pray that was stored on the bench area between the grill and stove. The contain er expanded due to overheating and vented, striking the employee. The employee sustained a concussion, rib cartilage separation, and contusion to his chest. T he employee was hospitalized.
