At 9:30 a.m. on July 26, 2018, an employee was arranging cement bricks by hand in a Besser Lithibar Matik Cuber Machine to palletize the bricks. The employee reached into the point of operation to realign a brick that had come loose and caught his left forearm between the machine's frame and the bricks being palletized. The employee sustained multiple fractures and lacerations to his arm and was hospitalized.
