At 7:30 p.m. on March 20, 2018, an employee was transferring food, beverages and dishware to and from the guest areas, the kitchen, and dish areas of the restau rant. The employee was wearing his personal hiking boots which he believed were slip resistant but found out that they were not. The employee was carrying a l oad of stacked plates and was walking around a corner when he confronted another employee coming towards him. The employee tried to adjust his direction, slipp ed, and fell with his load landing on him. The employee fractured his hip and w as hospitalized.
