At 10:15 a.m. on July 31, 2018, Employee #1 was repairing a tangled drive cable for the charge bucket in the foundry. While guiding the cable onto the spool, the employee's hands were too close as it advanced.His hand became caught in the spool and he sustained amputation of three fingertips on his left hand and one finger tip on his right hand, as well as fractures and crush injuries to both hands and fingers. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
