On August 4, 2018, an employee was checking the seal on a trailer door prior to its departure from the loading area. The employee spoke with a coworker who pul led the trailer forward from the building wall and the trailer separated from th e truck. The coworker quickly backed the truck up to reconnect both vehicles. The employee was caught between the trailer and building wall where he was crush ed. Emergency Services responded and pronounced the employee dead at the scene.
