At 9:43 a.m. on July 25, 2018, an employee transported bacon grease in a plastic container. He then fried less than half a pound of bacon for some customers, c ollected approximately 80 milliliters in a plastic container, and walked away fr om the sink while holding the container with both hands. The employee had hot o il splash on her legs as the bottom of the plastic container melted before slipp ing on the floor that was coated with oil. The employee was treated at the Emer gency Room for second degree burns to both her legs and left arm and later admit ted on July 27, 2018, at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital.
