At 1:00 p.m. on August 2, 2018, an employee was driving a feed delivery truck to a farm. The employee parked his truck and delivered over 8 tons of feed before sweeping out the back end of his vehicle. The employee fell over backwards from a health related incident caused by cardiovascular disease, striking his head and elbow on the ground. The employee was killed.
