At 8:30 a.m. on August 3, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was engage in exterior carpentry work at a building site. He was loading a piece of plywood onto a table saw when his glove caught on the saw blade and his right little finger was lacerated. The employee was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for the finger laceration.
