At 2:20 p.m. on July 26, 2018, an employee was placing a piece of material on a drying rack when the floor of the platform moved causing the employee to lose ba lance and fall. The employee sustained a chest contusion and a concussion when t he piece of the material struck the employee on the head. The employee was hospi talized.
