The soil pile was approximately 60 feet wide, 200 feet long, and ranged from 0-20 feet high. The slope/height of the soil pile was at approximately 36 degrees and 15 feet in height. The top layer of the soil was tilled to create loose soil that could be sent through a soil shredder to create pulverized top soil. The employee was an experienced operator, working alone.
