At 9:15 a.m. on March 15, 2018, Employee #1 was applying aerospace adhesive between the assembled panels of a shelter. The employee experienced shortness of breath and light headedness. His wife was called to come pick him up, but the employer had already called emergency services. He died two days later in the hospital. It was determined that he had suffered an acute myocardial infarction. Vapors from application of adhesive were evaluated by two IHs, who concluded no work related contributing factor.
