At 10:45 a.m. on July 11, 2018, Employee #1, employed by an electrical services company, was replacing a power pole and connecting lines to a new pole. He came into contact with an energized line while not wearing his PPE. The employee su stained an electric shock and burns to his back and both hands. Emergency servi ces transported the employee to the hospital, where he was treated for his injur ies.
