At 11:45 a.m. on July 9, 2018, an employee and his supervisor removed a guard to an auger to remove breading that became stuck to the auger. The employee's supervisor turned on the auger while the employee's hand was in between the auger which fractured the employee's left hand and arm. The employee was hospitalized.
