At 9:25 a.m. on July 10, 2018, an employee was cutting a concrete pipe with a gas powered concrete saw (Stihl Model TS700). While cutting the concrete pipe, the saw kicked back and the blade struck the employee's throat. The employee received laceration injuries to his throat.
