At 8:00 a.m. on June 15, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was installing underground sewage pipe. He was operating a powered STIHL cut-off saw to cut a PVC pipe when the saw kicked back and severely lacerated his face. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for the facial lacerations.
