At 7:15 a.m. on June 6, 2018, Employee #1 was reaching under the guard at the out feed end of the Notcher Machine to grab the finished boards to place them on the automatic stacker machine. The employee's right hand made contact with one of the rotating cutting heads in the Notcher Machine.Three of his fingers on his right hand were damaged to the point of requiring partial amputation. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment.
