At 10:15 a.m. on March 1, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction framing company, was working at a new home site. He was positioned between the roof tru sses and using a nail gun to install fascia board. As he reached out to perform the task, he lost balance and fell, a fall height of 10 feet. Employee #1 lost consciousness. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for possible head trauma, hip and lower back pain.
