At 8:00 a.m. on January 25, 2018, an employee was using a cordless Dewalt circular saw to cut wood for interior window sills. As the employee lifted up a piece of wood from the floor with his left hand and used the saw with his right hand, his left pinky finger came into contact with the saw blade. He sustained a laceration to the finger, partially cutting a tendon.
