At 2:15 p.m. on April 26, 2018, an employee was using a circular saw to cut a 2 inch by 4 inch stud while fabricating stair railings. The blade of the saw bound in the 2 inch by 4 inch stud, resulting in kickback which caused to employee to lose his balance. The employee sustained a 17 centimeter laceration to his right thigh just above his knee.
