At 8:45 p.m. on April 26, 2108, an employee and coworker were loading a pipe ont o a flatbed truck that was alongside a cargo bin. They lifted the pipe to shoul der height to go over the railing when the pipe rotated and struck the employee on the middle of his back and his head hit the railing of the cargo bin. The em ployee lacerated his forehead and suffered a concussion. The employee was hospi talized at Thornton Hospital UCSD Health.
