On May 1, 2018, an employee was operating a Leeboy 8515-B Asphalt Paver Machine and was backing it up to reposition for the next asphalt pull. The employee lost his footing and fell down on his side where he was struck by the paving machine and suffered crushing injuries to his torso, killing the employee.
