At 8:30 a.m. on November 2, 2017, an employee was unloading grain from a railcar using a specialized conveyor that emptied into a truck. As the employee placed the conveyor belt under the railcar for unloading, the weight of the grain pushed the railcar forward. The employee became pinned between conveyor and railcar, resulting in the employee sustaining a fractured rib and bruised upper body. The employee was hospitalized and received treatment.
