At 1:00 p.m. on April 4, 2018, an employee was working within a cell with a coworker who had made some adjustments to a bender. The employee had his hand near or on the track for the feeder unit when his coworker re-powered the equipment to update the programmed changes and pinched the employee's right ring finger by the feeder unit and machine. The employee partially amputated his finger and was hospitalized.
