At 1:15 p.m. on October 23, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction compan y, was climbing a ladder at a building construction site. As he approached the top of the ladder, he slipped and fell. Emergency services were called, and Emp loyee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for fract ures to his left ankle, right foot, and a chipped vertebrae.
