At 1:15 p.m. on January 10, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at a multiemployer building construction site. As the employee was working from a pump jack scaffold to install soffit supports, he slipped and fell from a height of 13 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a laceration to his head and pain in his shoulder, leg, ribs, and back.
