At 2:30 p.m. on January 12, 2018, an employee was grinding corn with a Californi a Pellet Mill when a roller on the mill stopped turning. The employee stopped th e machine and manually tried to turn the roller with the belt. The employee caug ht his right index finger in the pulley and pulled it through, pinching his fing er by the belt and pulley. The employee was hospitalized.
