At 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2017, an employee was performing maintenance on a Jag Tapper to repair its clutching mechanism. During work, the employee's right hand became caught between the machine's belt and pulley. The employee's pinky f inger was amputated and three others crushed, which he was hospitalized and rece ived treatment.
