At 5:00 a.m. on January 13, 2018, an employee was operating a forklift inside a truck trailer with a coworker. The employee pinched his finger when his coworke r backed the forklift out of trailer while carrying several pallets and caught t he employee's finger. The employee amputated the tip of his left hand's middle finger. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
