At 8:00 p.m. on October 16, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction and me chanical services company, was doing maintenance/repair work at a manufacturing plant. He was checking an elevated area where a new steam pipe was to be instal led. Employee #1 fell, a fall height of 20 feet. Emergency services were calle d, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for multiple injuries.
