At 4:00 p.m. on December 28, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction compa ny, was working at a multiemployer construction project, a commercial building. He was walking on the fourth floor when he fell through a hole in the floor, st riking a ladder and a wall before impacting the floor. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and tr eated for injuries to his ribs and spine.
