At 4:00 p.m. on December 12, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction compa ny at a multiemployer construction project, the demolition of a multifamily resi dential complex, was engaged in demolition and siding work on the second floor o f a building. He fell, a fall height of approximately 20 feet. Emergency servi ces were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for a fractured leg.
