At 12:45 p.m. on October 18, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction compa ny, was working inside a commercial building construction project. He was worki ng from a 12-foot fiberglass ladder and using a marker pen to mark trusses for b racing. As Employee #1 finished the marking, the ladder began to rock, and he f ell to the concrete below, a fall height of approximately 8 feet. Emergency ser vices were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admi tted and treated for fractures to his right wrist, his left leg, and his left el bow.
