Kentucky State Plan Office

The Kentucky State Plan applies to all public and private sector places of employment in the state, with the exception of: private sector maritime activities, Tennessee Valley Authority facilities, military personnel, the United States Postal Service (USPS), federal government workers, and issues of field sanitation and temporary labor camps in agriculture (except for agricultural temporary labor camps associated with egg, poultry, red meat production, or the post-harvest processing of agricultural or horticultural commodities).
