29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by moving parts: The employer does not ensure guarding is provided to protect employees from contact with moving machine parts. This violation most recently occurred at 100 Mill Supply Road in Crossett, Arkansas, on the Wrap Line in the Board Mill Department where an employee entered an unguarded area on the C-3 Paper Machine while the receiver arm was operating. Employee was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit photographs showing that it is in compliance with the standard or documentation describing the steps being implemented to prevent employees from contacting moving machine parts.
