29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Location: 305 Beach Street, Revere, Ma On or about 7/29/14, employees were not protected from falling while working on a roof greater than six feet above a lower level. William Trahant Jr. Construction was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 528579, citation number 1, item number 001 issued on 9/12/2012 and was affirmed final order on 10/30/12 with respect to a workplace located at 54 Russell Street, Peabody, Ma. William Trahant Jr. Construction was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31556548, citation number 1, item number 001 issued on 7/29/2011 and was affirmed final order on 8/18/11 with respect to a workplace located at 20 Greenwood St, Peabody, Ma.
